TO GET PENSION PAY SLIP BY HPSEB PENSIONERS

Since the HPSEBL has started ePension, for the pensioners who are being paid pension through SBI, UCO and PNB, banks and also who retired after 11/2016, may be getting pension through any bank. Such pensioners may get their Pension Payment Statement on line at their smart phone or on computer as advised below.
1. Open Google/Chrome Browser.
2. Type HPSEB GPF STATEMENT and click.
3. You will get three option, one GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND, two EMPLOYEE VENDOR NUMBER and third PENSION PAYMENT ORDER.
4. Click on Pension PAYMENT ORDER, It will show login with PPO No. Two line form appeared on screen to be filled in.
5. Fill up the PPO number, first HPSEB in capital letters and add dash (-) without brackets, then PPO No. It should be in five digits, If PPO number is one digit, pre fix four zeros, if in two digits, prefix three zeros, if in three numbers pre-fix two zeros and if in four digits prefix one zero. With five digit PPO number no zero to be prefixed. For example, HPSEB-00001, HPSEB-00012, HPSEB-00123, HPSEB-01234, and HPSEB-12345
6. Similarly the same number will be filled in Password.
7. Now click on login.
8. On screen, word Pay Slip will appear. Below that year and month will appear in two different lines. To select the year, click down arrow in the end of row and select the year. Similarly, to select the month, repeat the same way.
9. On screen, option Get Salary Slip will appear, tap on it.
10. On the screen "Dowload" option will appear, tap that, a detailed Pension Statement will appear.
11. You can send the statement to any option i.e. WhatsApp or mail after tapping on three dots on the top of the left of the screen.
